Location: Trinity, TX Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,400 per week, based on experience
About the Role: Connected Health Care is partnering with a respected healthcare provider north of Woodlands, TX, to offer a Travel Physical Therapist position. This 13-week contract role provides a fantastic opportunity for experienced physical therapists seeking stability and a new challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with physical impairments or disabilities.
Administer physical therapy treatments and interventions according to established protocols and patient needs.
Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention strategies.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry practices.
Education & Certification Requirements:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Current Physical Therapy license in Texas or eligibility for Texas licensure.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Board Certification in a specialty area of physical therapy is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Physical Therapist in a clinical or rehabilitation setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
