Job Summary and Responsibilities
Join our Regional Market Float position and work in your area of expertise while floating to at least three of our five Omaha Metro locations. You will earn a 25% hourly differential and have first‑come, first‑serve facility selection and shift preference. This Regional Float position supports our ICU departments and allows you to provide comprehensive care—spiritual, physiological, social, and psychological—to patients across the continuum. The role contributes to the mission and core values of CHI Health and requires you to float to different campuses depending on need.
We are offering up to a $10,000 Sign on Bonus and up to $10,000 in Educational Assistance (loan repayment) to new hires who meet the requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Follow the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate.
Conduct systematic, dynamic assessments of patients, including physiological, psychosocial, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
Administer medications accurately and safely.
Execute accurate and thorough documentation for all patients treated.
Keep up with Physician orders.
Job Requirements
Graduate of an RN nursing program.
Active RN licensure in the state of Nebraska, Iowa, or a nurse licensure compact.
Basic Life Support required upon hire.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within five months of hire.
Other credentials may be needed based on the level of care the RN floats to.
Ability to travel to multiple metro facilities on short notice.
Two years of ICU experience required.
Pay Range $36.00 - $52.20 per hour
