Location: COURTNEY MANOR, Carsonville, MI
Job Title:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Midnight Shift
Sign‑On Bonus:
$12,000 (full‑time) / $6,000 (part‑time)
Hourly Rate:
up to $38.70, including incentives.
As an LPN at Courtney Manor, you will work with a team to provide skilled nursing and short‑term rehabilitation care to our guests. You will demonstrate patience, compassion, and a gentle, empathetic approach while delivering quality care.

Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care and health education for nursing home guests.
Supervise care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)/State‑Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and other team members.
Provide safe and accurate medication‑related interventions.
Assess guests’ health, notify physicians of changes, and promptly implement new orders.
Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize or prevent complications.
Contribute to the guest’s assessment (MDS/CAA) and development of a care plan.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in a long‑term care setting preferred.
Current licensed practical nurse (LPN) licensure in the state.
CPR certification.
