About the Role Are you a licensed LPN looking for a high‑impact, one‑on‑one clinical role? Abound Health seeks a dedicated LPN to provide essential, total care for an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in a home‑based setting. You will be the clinical cornerstone for the family, ensuring client safety and family peace of mind.
Compensation & Premium Benefits
Hourly Pay: $30–$35/hour
Signing Bonus: $1,000 for new hires
Weekly Pay: Consistent, reliable earnings each week
Impact: Meaningful, community‑based work with a "person‑centered" focus
The Schedule
Total Hours: 35 hours per week
Daily Shift: Approximately 5 hours per day (Suggested: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm)
Days: 7 days a week (Full‑time)
Flexibility: Family flexible on start/end times to accommodate the right candidate
Clinical Responsibilities (Medical Acuity)
Specialized Feeding: Manage and administer nutrition/medications via feeding tube
Direct Nursing Care: Comprehensive support, including vitals, mobility assistance, and personal care
Medication Administration: Ensure accurate delivery of all meds in compliance with NJ state regulations
Care Coordination: Collaborate with family and care teams to implement the Individualized Support Plan (ISP)
Documentation: Maintain precise, timely clinical records of all treatments and interventions
Qualifications
Licensure: Active New Jersey LPN License required
Experience: Comfort and proficiency with feeding tubes and total‑care environments
Professionalism: Strong communication skills and ability to build a trusting relationship with client and family
Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Lanoka Harbor
Compliance: Ability to pass all NJ‑mandated background checks
