Goodhelp Home Care Services LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide non‑medical home health care services to our clients. As an RN with Goodhelp, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well‑being and comfort of our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
Conduct initial assessments of clients' health and care needs
Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families
Provide skilled nursing care and supervision as needed
Monitor and evaluate clients' health status regularlyCoordinate with other healthcare professionals and caregivers to ensure holistic care delivery
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation of client care activities
Requirements
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health care or a similar setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Compassionate and patient‑centered approach to care
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes
CPR certification is preferred
