For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign on bonus for Patient Service Representatives (PSRs):
Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time PSR position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.
This is a 36 hour per week position.
Our MaineHealth Primary Care – Family Medicine – Stockton Springs | MaineHealth is looking for a
Patient Service Representative (PSR)
to be the welcoming face and voice of our practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience and supporting smooth daily operations.
What you’ll do:
Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
Manage patient scheduling, check-in, and check-out processes
Answer phones and assist with appointment coordination
Verify insurance and process referrals
Support the clinical team with administrative tasks to keep the practice running smoothly
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
License/Certifications: N/A
Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
