Responsibilities
Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity at The Meadows Psychiatric Center, a 119‑bed inpatient behavioral health facility on a 52‑acre rural campus minutes outside State College, PA. Provide comprehensive psychiatric nursing care to patients across the continuum of care, including children through geriatrics. Work a full‑time shift of 7 pm–7:30 am with alternate‑weekend rotation while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on patient assessments, therapeutic interventions, and discharge planning.
Qualifications
Valid Pennsylvania Registered Nursing License or Temporary Permit to Practice
Genuine interest in psychiatric nursing
Previous psychiatric nursing experience preferred, not required as on‑the‑job training is provided
