Job Objective / Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for supervising nursing care. The RN works under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and physicians to ensure the well‑being and comfort of residents. The RN administers medications, monitors residents, assists with activities of daily living (ADLs), and collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Education, Licenses & Certifications Must hold a valid, active RN license in good standing in the state of Arkansas. Completion of an accredited practical nursing program. Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures. Compassionate, patient‑centered approach.
