Independent Healthcare IT Sales Consultant
We’re looking for experienced independent sales consultants for the US market, who have proven experience selling healthcare IT/software solutions to hospital executive leadership.
This role is focused on enterprise hospital environments and requires direct access to senior decision-makers.

In this role:
You’ll take an active role in leading cross-functional engagement processes within hospital environments, working closely with executive, financial, clinical, and operational stakeholders.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to hospital leadership, helping improve revenue integrity, operational accuracy, and executive visibility across perioperative and operational workflows.
You’ll be directly involved in the adoption of advanced AI and computer vision–based systems, supporting hospitals as they transition from manual and fragmented processes to automated, data-driven operations.
You’ll collaborate with clinical, IT, and finance teams during pilots, evaluations, and implementations, ensuring alignment between technology, workflow, and measurable outcomes.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in the emerging AI era, working with advanced technologies that are shaping the future of hospital operations.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience selling IT or software solutions to IDNs, hospitals, ASCs, and outpatient facilities - Must
Established relationships with hospital executives, including CFOs, COOs, VP Revenue Cycle, VP Supply Chain, and perioperative leadership - Must
Background in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, supply chain, or clinical IT - Must
Operating independently (self-employed/independent rep) – Must
Experience in selling and implementing IT software - Bonus
Engagement model: Independent, non-exclusive, commission-based, with a defined local territory.
