LifeStance Health is seeking individuals that are passionate about serving others and making a difference in the lives of those in our community. We are currently providing services in the community, as well as via telehealth when preferred.
Job Summary As a pre‑licensed Therapist, candidates will have a Master’s degree with eligibility to become licensed as a LMFT, LPCC or LICSW. Candidates will provide psychotherapy services and skill training for clients (ranging from infants to adults) with mental illness and/or mental health needs.

Qualifications
Education Requirements: Master’s degree with eligibility to become licensed as a LMFT, LPCC or LICSW
Knowledge of family systems and their impact on mental health within the family
Knowledge of varied interventions with children/families/individuals in crisis
Proficient use of computers for communicating and documenting for clients and staff
Strong skills in managing a flexible schedule and ability to appropriately manage referrals
Ability to transport self between client homes/clinic and/or community based locations
Compensation $61,000 – $97,000 a year (range $55,000 – $70,000 annually)
