Job Summary
As our Clinical Dietitian, you will assess the nutritional status of our patients using recognized assessment tools. You will take great pride in recommending and counseling patients, family, and caregivers on appropriate nutrition plans to improve the patient’s health and well‑being.
The role includes working with the general patient population and those in more complex care levels under the supervision of a Clinical Dietitian Intermediate or Lead, performing nutritional assessments that consider age, gender, cultural, religious, and ethnic factors. You will conduct routine screenings to identify patients at nutritional risk and collaborate within an interdisciplinary environment to facilitate care for patients who require higher levels of support.

Responsibilities
Develop personalized intervention plans, selecting appropriate feeding routes, modes, and nutrition prescriptions in accordance with physicians’ orders.
Monitor and evaluate patient response to interventions, documenting measurable goals in the nutrition care plan promptly and thoroughly.
Update the plan of care as needed and follow up with the patient.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify and address patients at nutrition risk or requiring higher-level care.
Work with the Food and Nutrition Services team to enhance the patient experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and completion of an accredited dietitian program (ACEND).
Valid registration as a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) within three months of hire.
