Location: Spokane, WA 99204 (Washington nursing jobs) Facility: Level 3 Trauma Center, Mixed ICU (Medical, Surgical, Neuro, CVICU) Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 11/17/2025
End: 2/14/2026) Shift: 12 Hour Nights Hours per Week: 36 (Guaranteed) Scheduling: Every other weekend rotation; night shifts clustered when possible Patient Ratios: 1:2-3 (based on acuity) Charting System: EPIC Equipment: BD Alaris IV Pumps, Pyxis Scrub Color: Any professional color Estimated Weekly Salary: $1880-$2020 Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse license (RN jobs in Washington) Minimum 2 years of recent ICU RN experience BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation, medication titration, proning, hypothermia protocol, chest tubes, drains, and invasive line monitoring (a-lines, CVP) Travel nursing experience strongly preferred Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality care to critically ill patients in a mixed ICU setting Manage patients with conditions such as DKA, DTs, multisystem failure, ARDs, sepsis, pneumonia, COVID‑19, and more Care for surgical ICU patients (open abdomen, thoracotomies) and neuro ICU cases (CVA, intracranial hemorrhage, craniotomy/craniectomy, EVDs, ICP monitoring) Support CVICU patients (CABG/TAVR post‑op, fem‑pop bypass, AAA repair) Float to respiratory unit, surgical, telemetry, PCU, or ED as Helping Hands as needed Document patient care using EPIC and administer medications with BD Alaris IV Pumps and Pyxis Maintain professionalism and adaptability in a fast‑paced healthcare environment Benefits
