Commercial Construction Foreman (GCCM) Louisville, KY, United States of America – $27.00 - $32.00 per hour

We also have broad experience in industrial construction, from liquid storage and containment to pre‑engineered metal buildings and concrete construction.
Job Skills / Requirements Kelley Construction, Inc. headquartered in Louisville, KY is recruiting for Carpenters. The role is part of the GCCM division and involves supervising field personnel, assisting Superintendents in performing construction, repair activities, and leading construction crews on self‑performing work while coordinating with the project Superintendent.
Job Duties
Lead the safety of employees at all times, enforcing safety rules and ensuring proper equipment procedures on the jobsite.
Ensure all employees under direction wear required safety garments, gear, hard hats, gloves, flame‑resistant clothing, air monitors, and safety glasses.
Act as the assistant to the Superintendent.
Lead, train crew, and set quality standards.
Identify issues, issue solutions, and execute corrective paths for resolution.
Ensure projects are completed safely, with highest quality, on time, and within budget.
Serve as a back‑up to the Superintendent(s).
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
High school diploma or equivalency.
Some skill trade training is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret plans and work instructions.
Basic computer and analytical skills.
Physical Demands
Lifting, bending, squatting, filing, and other physically demanding tasks as required by the position.
