Maintenance Engineer
We’re in need of an experienced
Maintenance Engineer
to ensure production reliability, drive process improvements, and support technical initiatives across multiple facilities. This role provides engineering support for equipment design, maintenance, and optimization, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and validate electrical equipment and systems for performance and safety.
Diagnose and resolve equipment issues; implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Lead process improvement projects and support new machinery launches.
Mentor maintenance technicians and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Manage engineering projects within budget, timeline, and safety standards.
Travel between facilities as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
6 years of experience in manufacturing or electrical engineering.
Proficiency in PLC programming.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours and travel domestically/internationally.
