PLK Communities is an owner and manager of residential apartment communities. Currently we are in search of a full‑time Lead Maintenance Technician.
Responsibilities And Duties
Hands‑on Leader
Maintain Physical Integrity and Safety of Community
Anticipate, identify and correct any and all problems
Perform any and all property maintenance needs
Maintenance of the property grounds and common areas
HVAC service and repair (willing to train)
Prepare apartments for new residents
Complete Work Orders
Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash
Provides leadership, guidance, and development for community Maintenance team

Requirements
3 - 5 years multi‑family/apartment maintenance experience
Supervisory/Lead experience
Basic carpentry
Plumbing
Electrical and mechanical systems
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Tools (hammer, screwdrivers, channel locks, multi‑meter, Allen wrenches, pliers, knife, flashlight)
Able to respond to after‑hours emergency calls as part of an on‑call rotation
Seniority level Mid‑Senior level
