Commercial Drywall Project Manager / Estimator
GPAC is a leading commercial drywall recruiting firm in North America. We are partnering with several established commercial drywall contractors to fill the roles of experienced Project Manager or Estimator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a strong, quickly growing team of dedicated professionals.
Responsibilities As a Project Manager or Estimator, you will manage a motivated team and oversee commercial drywall projects from takeoff to completion (or estimation). Specific duties include:
Prepare accurate takeoffs using On-Screen Takeoff, QuickBid, or equivalent software.
Provide detailed project estimates.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
Ensure projects stay on schedule and budget.
Mentor and develop team members.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in commercial drywall construction as a Project Manager or Estimator.
Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff, QuickBid Pro, OnCenter, Plexxis, or comparable software.
Strong background on diverse commercial projects.
Self‑motivated, teachable, and coachable attitude.
