Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee audit engagements for a diverse client base
Lead, train, and mentor audit staff
Review work for accuracy, compliance, and quality
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
Collaborate with firm leadership on operational and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
CPA license required
Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience, preferably in audit & assurance
Strong leadership, technical, and communication skills
Proven ability to mentor and develop staffCollaborative and team-oriented mindset
