$35–$40/hour
Experience:
3 to 5 years of corporate or full‑cycle accounting experience.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (Accounting preferred).
Type:
Full-time; 3‑Month Contract
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Description
Support the month‑end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Manage daily accounting operations, including AP/AR support and payments.
Prepare bank reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, and cash entries.
Assist with financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
Own corporate card and employee reimbursement processes.
Support audits, process improvements, and special accounting projects.
Position Requirements
Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
Experience using accounting ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUPs.
Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth or startup environment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
