Schedule
Full Time, 40 hours per week
Shift: Alternating days/shifts – Mon‑Fri 7:30 am–8 pm, Sat‑Sun 7:30 am–5 pm
Milage and toll support provided; travel as needed to support clinic operations.

Job Description Supports clinics throughout Orange County, potentially at other locations based on need. Performs clinical intake, vital signs, medication reconciliation, and assists with minor procedures. Prepares patients and equipment, initiates tests, documents results in the practice system, and maintains office flow. Ensures compliance with OSHA regulatory enforcement and all office policies. Provides whole care to patients during office visits, including intake, test results, screenings, labs, medication administration, and closure of care gaps. Maintains confidentiality of employees', patients' informational data. Supports staff teamwork by assisting patients, visitors, and co‑workers when necessary. Monitors and manages inventory and ensures adequate supplies and functioning medical equipment.
Qualifications
High School Graduate or Equivalent (Required)
Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS)
RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Clinical Medical Assistant Certification (CMAC) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range $17.11 – $27.38 per hour
