Build Your Own Schedule. Pick your days and hours to work with your lifestyle!
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7am-5pm, Friday 7am-2pm (current patient hours, open to flexibility).
Clinics: Two-doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix! 60min recare, 90min new patient appointment. SRP - hygienists discretion.
Bi-weekly hourly pay + ability to opt into Daily Pay. Earn daily + quarterly bonuses. iTero, Velscope + CE coverage available.
Full‑time minimum of 30 hours to receive full benefits package including UnitedHealthcare PPO Health Care. Benefits: Paid Holidays, 401k, Dental, Vision, Wellness Benefits + More. Part‑time benefits package includes dental, Paid Holidays, 401k, Wellness Benefits + More. Part time / temp / full time all accrue PTO.

Minimum Qualifications
Current dental hygienist license in Missouri and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays and electronic medical record systems
Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
Clinical needs as required by office
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position.
Prolonged periods sitting and standing
Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
