Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LMFT or LMHC) Hybrid WFH Apply to join Optum's Behavioral Care team as a licensed mental health therapist in Marysville, WA. The role blends in‑person and virtual care under a Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) in a primary care setting. Primary Responsibilities

Use virtual and in‑person modalities to coordinate care with the patient's medical provider and other mental health providers. Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders. Track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects. Support psychotropic medication management, focusing on adherence and effectiveness. Provide brief behavioral interventions using evidence‑based techniques such as behavioral activation, problem‑solving treatment, motivational interviewing, or other appropriate treatments. Participate in regularly scheduled caseload consultation with the psychiatric consultant and communicate treatment recommendations. Develop and complete relapse prevention self‑management plans for patients ready for discharge. Benefits

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington. ≥3 years of experience treating pediatric and adult patients with behavioral health conditions. ≥1 year of experience in a primary care or integrated medical behavioral setting. Experience with assessment and evidence‑based psychosocial treatments and brief interventions for common mental health disorders. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM). Detail‑oriented, organized, with strong follow‑up capabilities. Ability to maintain professional relationships with patients and care team. Experience working with patients in person, by telephone, and video. Proficient with technology solutions and tools. Bi‑lingual Spanish. Compensation & Bonus

Base salary ranges from $58,800 to $105,000 annually, plus a $5,000 sign‑on bonus for external candidates. EEO & Drug‑Free Workplace
