Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care and health education for nursing home guests.
Supervise care services provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members.
Provide safe and accurate medication‑related interventions.
Assess guests’ health and notify physicians of status changes; promptly implement new orders.
Develop a plan of care based on assessment and implement nursing interventions.
Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize guests’ conditions and prevent complications.
Contribute to guest assessments (MDS/CAA) and development of a plan of care.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in a long‑term care setting preferred.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Michigan.
CPR certification.
