Job Description We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg Telemetry unit in Mt. Clemens, MI . This role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while monitoring cardiac telemetry and supporting recovery for a variety of adult patients in an acute care setting.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver direct patient care and monitor telemetry.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Perform regular assessments and vital sign monitoring.
Document care and progress in electronic health records (EHR).
Collaborate with the healthcare team on care planning.
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and education.
Qualifications
Active Michigan RN license.
2+ years of recent Med Surg Tele experience.
BLS and ACLS certifications.
Strong critical thinking and telemetry skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Pay Rate $50.00 per hour
Shifts Available ā Day Shift
