Role
Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN / Per Diem, Part-Time, Full-Time Salary
Range $50 / hour- $55.00 / hour, Depending on Experience Your Contributions
You will : Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to determine residents’ medical needs. Develop, implement, and revise care plans as necessary. Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines. Document care and assessments with precision and confidentiality. Promote a safe, positive, and person-centered environment. Core Qualifications
Washington State RN license. Leadership skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, work in a team, and learn new skills. Physical ability to lift / maneuver up to 30 lbs. Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy Rules. Current CPR certification. Additional Experience That Sets You Apart
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience. Familiarity with behavioral and memory care. Proficiency with Point Click Care (PCC). Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform physical examinations and diagnostic testing to assess health status. Communicate with physicians regarding resident conditions and care plans. Support admissions, discharges, and direct resident care. Educate residents and families on health-related matters. Document incidents, transcribe physician orders, and ensure family notifications. Administer treatments and medications while following care standards. Participate in care planning and supervise certified nursing assistants.
