Join the Drive My Way team as a CDL A Local Dry Van Driver in Secaucus, NJ. You will drive a dry van daily, with occasional regional travel. Successful drivers may receive safety bonuses and are eligible for double endorsements.
Compensation
Weekly average: $1,400 to $1,500
$29 per hour
Bonuses: quarterly safety bonuses, clean roadside inspection bonus, driver referral bonus
Paid via direct deposit weekly

Requirements
At least 23 years of age
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 1 year Class A driving experience or equivalent military experience within last 3 years
Double endorsement required
Clean MVR/PSP and employment history preferred
Ability to read, write, and speak English per DOT regulations
Pass DOT pre‑employment drug screening and meet DOT medical qualifications
Current DOT physical certification
Knowledge of transportation and logistics operations
Strong safety awareness and ability to operate vehicles in a fast‑paced environment
Effective communication and teamwork skills
High attention to detail with commitment to safety procedures
Physical stamina to sit for extended periods and operate equipment safely
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

Physical Demands
Manual dexterity: frequent use of hands and feet to operate vehicle controls
Heavy lifting: occasional lifting, carrying, securing cargo, sometimes over 50 lbs.
Extended sitting: long periods sitting while operating vehicles for multiple days
Focus & navigation: continuous concentration on driving, navigation, and situational awareness
Variable hours: may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, overnight trips
Weather exposure: loading/unloading may occur in various weather conditions
Climbing & balancing: entering/exiting truck cabs and trailers, securing cargo safely
Safety compliance: follow all safety regulations, including proper use of protective equipment
