Additional Compensation
includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.

Job Overview
Greet customers on the sales floor and provide assistance.
Recommend merchandise based on customers’ needs.
Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor.
Ensure clothing racks, tables, and displays are maintained and in order.
