Job Title HaulerHub — a fast‑growing logistics technology company building a direct freight marketplace where shippers publish loads and carriers book or bid on them in real time — eliminating brokers, delays, and unnecessary middlemen.

Role Overview We are looking for highly motivated, results‑oriented Sales Executives with a proven track record of success in outbound sales. This is a pure hunting role — ideal for candidates who thrive on activity, discipline, and measurable achievements.

You will spend most of your day:

Prospecting

Cold calling

Cold emailing

Closing shippers onto our marketplace

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a strong pipeline of shipper leads

Conduct daily cold calls, outreach sequences, and follow‑ups

Qualify prospects and schedule demos

Product Demonstrations

Deliver compelling demos of our web platform

Clearly articulate value (cost savings, transparency, faster booking)

Confidently address objections and move deals forward

Closing Shippers Onto the Platform

Guide new users through onboarding and first load creation

Collaboration With Internal Teams

Provide feedback on objections, feature requests, and competitor activity

Work with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboardingHelp refine and evolve our outbound playbook

Ownership of Personal Quota

Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs and quota targets

What Success Looks Like

150–200 outbound touches per day (multi‑channel)

10–15 new shippers onboarded per month

Predictable, high‑quality pipeline generation

Required Experience & Skills Must‑Have

Highly motivated, results‑oriented mindset

3+ years outbound sales experience with documented achievements

Logistics, freight, transportation, or supply chain experience preferred

Proven ability to generate pipeline strictly through cold outreach

Strong demo and closing experience

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

Comfortable moving quickly in a startup environment

Nice‑to‑Have

Experience selling logistics tech, TMS, SaaS, or marketplaces

Existing contacts among shippers, dispatchers, or freight managers

CRM and outbound automation familiarity
