Role Description
This is a Part-Time, mostly on-site Front Desk Specialist role located in Greater Orlando. The Front Desk Specialist will be responsible for greeting and assisting clients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing front desk operations, and providing top‑notch customer service. The individual will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth administrative functioning of the mental health clinic.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties to manage client inquiries and front desk responsibilities.
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for ensuring client satisfaction and effective interactions with staff and clients.
Basic Computer Literacy for scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and handling administrative tasks.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing schedules and front desk operations efficiently.
Prior experience in a healthcare or mental health clinic setting is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in business administration or healthcare‑related fields are preferred.
What You’ll Do
Open, set up, and prepare the clinic space for evening sessions
Greet clients with warmth and respect, helping them feel comfortable and safe
Check clients in for appointments and notify therapists when clients arrive
Collect copays and payments with professionalism and care
Schedule follow‑up appointments and assist with basic client questions
Maintain accurate records while respecting confidentiality and privacy
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed throughout the week
Support clinic outreach efforts and help organize community events as requested
Close and tidy the clinic space at the end of the evening (take‑down and light reset)
