About the Role At Care Options for Kids, a pediatric home health care company, you will provide one‑on‑one care in the client’s home. You will work independently, making a real difference and building a deep bond with each family. The position requires night shifts.
Pay Range
$24.00 / hr – $30.00 / hr

Responsibilities
Medication administration per physician orders
Physician ordered treatments such as:
Nutrition via a feeding tube
Tracheostomy care
Suctioning nasal, oral, and/or endotracheal
Ventilation care
Seizure assessment and treatment
Requirements
Current, active Nevada LVN license
Current BLS CPR card (obtained in‑person, not online)
Experience with G‑tube, trach, vent or willingness to train
Fluent in English
