Substance Abuse Counselor & Clinician/Therapist‑LSW/MSW
Be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, medical professionals, and mental health specialists in a collaborative setting, providing support, guidance, and personalized recovery plans for patients battling substance abuse.
Base Pay Range $55,000.00/yr – $70,000.00/yr

Your Role
Manage all aspects of a case from intake to discharge, including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, coordination with family and outside providers, and discharge planning.
Maintain a caseload of clients and provide individualized care.
Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment as needed.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, doctors, nurses, and other community resources.
Identify barriers that may interfere with treatment and recovery.
Meet with family members to offer education and support.
Adhere to company policies and uphold a high standard of patient care.
Qualifications
Master’s degree preferred.
Prior experience treating substance abuse disorders.
Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively.
Ohio licensure: LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, or LMHC required.
