KNK Recruiting, LLC is seeking a Part‑Time Home Health Care Registered Nurse Contractor to meet the needs of our client in the Dayton, Ohio area.
Targeted Pay Range $40/hr to $50/hr plus reimbursement for travel mileage, case management time, administrative time, and miscellaneous. 1099 contractor pay, varies with nursing licensure, education, certifications, skills and experience.
Schedules Available 3‑4 hours per day (Shift 9 am to 12 pm) 4 days a week (Monday‑Friday) or 3‑4 hours per day (Shift 1 pm to 4 pm) 5 days a week (Monday‑Friday) or 3‑4 hours per day (Shift 6 pm to 10 pm) Monday‑Friday. Or 3‑4 hours per day (Mornings, Afternoons, or Evenings) Saturday & Sunday.

Your Role As a Home Health Care Registered Nurse Contractor, you will aid in the heart and soul of our client’s mission, providing medical care and companionship to patients in their homes. Your role is not just about healthcare; it's about honoring the lives and stories of those you care for, ensuring they feel valued and cherished.
What You’ll Do
Provide compassionate medical care to our esteemed elders, treating them with the respect and dignity they deserve
Assess health, create personalized care plans, and administer medications
Monitor vital signs, dress wounds, and educate patients and families
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Respond calmly in emergencies, always prioritizing patient well‑being
Bring joy and companionship to each patient, making their days brighter and lives fuller
Embrace the calling of delivering compassion and quality nursing care
What We’re Looking For
Registered Nurse Certification
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
Reliable transportation for travel within the Greater Dayton and Cincinnati areas
Availability to work in patients’ homes
Previous home health care nursing experience is preferred
Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new tasks
Assistance in ensuring a safe home environment
A heart full of compassion and a readiness to make a difference
Ability to creatively engage elderly clients with enriching activities such as puzzles, games, art, intelligent conversation and outdoor time, promoting emotional and cognitive well‑being
A personal understanding of how impactful compassionate care can be to the well‑being of others
