Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document residents’ health status and communicate changes to the care team
Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff
Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state and federal regulations
Qualifications
Valid RN license in the state of Ohio
Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred, but not required
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
A compassionate and team-oriented attitude
