Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to residents in a skilled nursing setting

Supervise and mentor CNAs

Develop and follow individualized care plans

Communicate with providers, staff, and families

Administer medications and treatments

Accurately chart using PCC (training available)

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

CPR Certification

Compassionate, patient‑focused, and committed to providing high‑quality care

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information confidentially
