As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security‑related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. What You’ll Do
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to deter unwanted activity and/or identify potential concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
Document and report security‑related incidents, hazards, and/or unusual occurrences according to established protocols.
Work collaboratively with property management and/or tenants to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.
Minimum Requirements
A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
