This role is a practicum opportunity for graduate students seeking experience to achieve the required supervised hours for BCBA certification. The training will take place in our center-based setting with a focus on early childhood (18 months to 8 years).
Pay and Compensation
Pay: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience and supervision hour completion.
Potential wage increases every 6 months.
Potential bonuses up to $1,500 per year based on accrued hours.
Guaranteed minimum of 32–40 hours per week for full‑time teammates.

Collaborate with BCBA supervisors and team members.
Allocate 8 hours per week to work on BDS modules.
Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining.
