Who We Are Autovol is redefining how housing is built. We combine advanced automation, robotics, and off-site volumetric construction to deliver high-quality, affordable housing at scale. Located in Nampa, Idaho, Autovol operates the first fully automated volumetric modular factory in the United States—and one of the most advanced modular manufacturing facilities in the world. If you’re excited by technology, precision, and changing an industry that’s overdue for disruption, you’ll feel right at home here.

The Role As a Drafting Solutioneer, you’ll create highly detailed, coordinated production and automation data that directly drives robotic manufacturing. This is not traditional drafting, you’ll be working at the intersection of design, automation, and manufacturing. You’ll collaborate with a skilled, cross-functional team, gain exposure across multiple disciplines, and play a critical role in turning approved designs into machine‑ready production data. The right candidate is curious, organized, detail‑obsessed (in a good way), and committed to team success.

What You’ll Do

Review state‑approved submittal plans during construction administration

Create detailed production files from approved shop drawings

Generate XML configuration files for robotic manufacturing

Build and maintain templates within the ONYX platform

Generate, modify, and validate CSV and BVX files

Support CNC operators by exporting BVX, HDB, and other machine‑ready files

Assist with internal file and document management

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards

Actively support continuous improvement initiatives

Live and promote Autovol’s mission and values

Communicate clearly with peers, supervisors, and stakeholders

Perform general administrative duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail

Fast learner with a proactive, team‑first mindset

Strong communication skills—clear, honest, and professional

Comfortable working in a high‑performance, accountability‑driven environment

Programming experience is a plus, not a requirement

Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or the willingness to learn quickly)
