Position: Ad Sales Acct Mgr II 40 (multiple positions available)

Help scale the growing Advertising program at Amazon Advertising
Partner with advertisers, sales and other internal Amazon businesses to drive advertiser success
Grow the business by being the customer expert, and develop annual brand plans inclusive of integrated media plans and audience recommendations
Develop deep expertise in Amazon’s products and proprietary metrics to build winning campaigns and optimize performance to derive insights and meet advertisers’ needs
Identify opportunities to drive incremental revenue and long‑term growth
Deliver consultative solutions for partners, earn their trust, and educate them on how to be successful on Amazon
Develop annual brand plans and campaign media plans, and optimize campaign performance that fulfills advertiser goals
Perform in‑depth data analysis to develop actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns
Consult and educate advertisers with insights and solutions to achieve greater results on Amazon
Apply strong project management skills to impact process improvements
Work cross‑functionally with sales and other Amazon partners to drive revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction
This position requires only little domestic travel.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS A Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Management Science or related discipline and 3 years of experience related but not limited to digital marketing and analytics. In the alternative, a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Management Science or related discipline and 5 years of experience related but not limited to digital marketing and analytics.
3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Analytics.
3 years of experience in Client Facing Advisory.
3 years of experience in Market Research.
2 years of experience in Project Management.
The base pay range for this position in New York City is USD $122,824 - $150,100 (yr). Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign‑on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
