Henhouse Cafe is looking for one restaurant kitchen manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged. Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role preferably working in a breakfast restaurant In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations Responsibilities
Make sure the kitchen staff is following all of our policies, including food preparation guidelines Responsible for ordering and monitoring inventory levels Responsible for BOH schedule! Follows our recipe book Train cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of the food Monitors training processes Performs other duties as required by upper management We are looking forward to reading your application.
