Job Requirements
Certificate of Authority to practice.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification(s) based on function and patient demographic.
Current Ohio state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Master’s in nursing or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) for NP role, or Master’s degree for PA role.
