This role is part of the Walmart Online Order Filling Team. You will fill and dispense online orders, locating, preparing and packaging merchandise to ensure accurate orders and customer satisfaction.
Job Overview Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Base pay $15.00/hr – $28.00/hr.
Hourly wage: $15–$28 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Employment Type: Part‑Time. Available shifts: Mid‑Shift, Closing.
Location: Walmart Supercenter #5479, 1548 FM 685, Pflugerville, TX 78660, US.
Additional Compensation Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (schedule, facility, season or specific work performed). Multiple premiums may apply.
