Responsibilities
Monitor entry points and club perimeter to ensure a safe and secure environment.
Greet members and guests in a warm, professional manner.
Patrol property on foot or golf cart as assigned.
Respond calmly and appropriately to minor incidents or member concerns.
Report maintenance or safety issues to management.
Maintain a visible and reassuring presence throughout the property.
Collaborate with club staff to ensure smooth operation.
Requirements
Prior experience in residential, hospitality, or club security is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
Basic computer skills (DARs, Incident Reports, etc.).
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to remain calm and composed in all situations.
MUST HOLD A CURRENT ACTIVE CALIFORNIA GUARD CARD.
