announces a competition on 10 December 2025 for the post of ASSISTANT’S POSITION - RESEARCH AND TEACHING at the Department of Integrated Dentistry with a permanent contract.

Skills/Qualifications:

have the qualifications specified in the Act and the Statute of Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin

have not been punished disciplinary penalty referred to the Article. 276 paragraph 1 point 7, 8

meet the requirements referred to the Article. 20 paragraph 1 point 1‑3

Specific Requirements

have at least a master's degree or equivalent

have scientific achievements:

scientific achievements for the last 2 calendar years will be assessed at least 5.0 points Impact Factor (IF) or 140 points of the currently valid score of the Ministry of Education and Science MEiN;

overall scientific achievements will be assessed at least 7.0 points IF or 200 points of the currently valid score of the Ministry of Education and Science MEiN

have knowledge of English or another modern language which is not their mother tongue (verified on the basis of a declaration)

have documented involvement in the work of scientific clubs during studies (recommended)

received the positive opinion of the dean and head of unit, in which they apply for employment on the qualifications and predispositions of the candidate for scientific and didactic work

Additional Information – Selection Process Candidate should provide the Human Resources Department of PMU in Szczecin, with registered office at 1 Rybacka street, room 203, with the required documents before

January 12th 2026, 15:00 p.m.

After the deadline submissions will not be considered.

End of the competition shall take place no later than

January 31st 2026 .

1) application for the competition;

2) CV with particular emphasis on scientific and professional development;

3) personal questionnaire of the applying candidate;

4) statements;

5) copies of documents certifying education (diploma of higher education, certificate or diploma granting a doctoral degree);

6) permit to practice the profession – for physicians, dentists, nurses and midwives;

7) copies of records of previous employment;

8) permission to process personal data;

9) declaration of knowledge of English or another modern language which is not the candidate’s native language;

10) opinion of the dean and head of unit;

11) certificate of academic experience and scientific background/achievements from the Main Library of PMU;

12) documented involvement in the work of scientific clubs during studies (recommended);

13) a certificate of no criminal record from the National Criminal Register in the scope of crimes specified in Chapter XIX and XXV of the Penal Code, Article 189a and Article 207 of the Penal Code and the Act of 29 July 2005 on Counteracting Drug Addiction or for prohibited acts corresponding to these crimes specified in the provisions of foreign law;

14) print of Annex No. 1 to Order No. 97/2024 of the Rector of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin of September 12, 2024 on the principles of verification of persons in connection with counteracting threats of sexual crime and protecting minors. In the case of residence in countries other than the Republic of Poland and the candidate’s country of citizenship for the last 20 years, an appropriate certificate of no criminal record from the countries of residence indicated in the declaration must be submitted.
