Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

Job Overview Entertainment associates greet customers on the sales floor and offer assistance. They are tech‑savvy, recommend merchandise based on customers’ wants and needs, move incoming merchandise to the sales floor, and maintain entertainment displays throughout the day.
