Supervise and coach evening and weekend staff members
Oversee store operations, including inventory management and cash handling
Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times

Qualifications:
Prior retail or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work evenings and weekends
