2nd Shift Janitorial Team Lead
for a facility in the
DOWNTOWN
area of Charleston.

HOURS:
2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Days:
Monday through Friday
Pay : $18.00 - $22.00/hr DOE
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of custodial staff
Coordinate daily cleaning tasks and shift coverage
Conduct walkthroughs and inspections to ensure quality standards
Perform hands‑on cleaning duties such as trash removal, dusting, restroom sanitation, vacuuming, and more
Communicate effectively with the Account Manager and team
Foster a positive, team‑oriented work environment
Essential Qualifications
Prior experience in management or leadership
3-5 years of verifiable janitorial experience
Attendance and punctuality critical to success
Passion for client and employee relations
Time management and task prioritization skills
