Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented professional to handle mailroom, copy, and administrative operations with our client in San Diego, CA. This is a temp‑to‑hire position for the right candidate who thrives in a fast‑paced office environment.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: 488 8th Ave, San Diego, CA 92101 (Parking Provided)
Dress Code: Business Casual (Neat and clean)

Requirements
Experience: 1–2 years in an office/administrative, mailroom, or secretary role.
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Email/Excel), excellent customer service, and great organizational skills.
Physical Ability: Must be comfortable standing/walking for long periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull equipment on wheels.
Responsibilities
Mail & Shipping: Sort and distribute mail/faxes; process outgoing mail and packages; handle shipping and receiving duties.
Production & Imaging: Operate high‑volume copiers, printers, and digital imaging equipment. Perform binding, finishing, and quality control.
Administrative Support: Respond to inquiries via email, maintain billing logs, and manage supply inventories.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic upkeep on office machines (clearing jams, stocking paper) and coordinate service calls.
Facilities Support: Assist with meeting room setups, light building maintenance, and delivering completed jobs between buildings.
