CTG is seeking a Product Owner to define and drive innovative digital solutions, focusing on B2B experiences in the telecom domain. This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to deliver converged, customer‑centric digital experiences.
Location Houston, TX
Duration 12 months
Key Responsibilities
Define and prioritize product features with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer journey mapping.
Write high‑quality user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
Drive cross‑platform, converged digital experiences.
Manage product backlogs, releases, and delivery schedules.
Required Skills
Experience in digital product management, ideally in B2B telecom solutions.
Agile methodology expertise and collaboration with development teams.
Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
Experience
Proven success as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
Hands‑on experience delivering customer‑focused digital products.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
