About The Position TravelNurseSource is working with Prime Staffing to find a qualified Neuro RN in Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74104!
Responsibilities The Neuro RN provides comprehensive care to patients with neurological conditions such as strokes, traumatic brain injuries, seizures, and spinal cord injuries. The role involves frequent neuro checks, monitoring for changes in mental status, managing specialized equipment, and collaborating with neurology and neurosurgical teams.
Requirements Specialty:
RN – Neuro
Experience:
1–2+ years of experience in neurology, neuro ICU, or neuro step‑down unit preferred
License:
Active State or Compact RN License
Certifications:
BLS – AHA required, ACLS preferred
Must‑Have:
Strong neuro assessment skills, experience with stroke protocols, seizure precautions, and neuro monitoring tools
Required for Onboarding:
Active RN License
BLS
ACLS (Preferred)
Sign‑on Bonus Registered Nurse (RN) $2,500 sign‑on bonus
