Job Description & Requirements Registered Nurse – Intensive Care – ICU – Travel (ICU RN)
Start date: 12/29/2025. Available shifts: 12 N. Pay rate: $1,732.00 – $1,839.00.
Facility address: 1130 Tree of Life Lane, Cornelius, NC 28031.
Facility beds: 4.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (required)
Minimum 2 years ICU experience (required)
BLS and ACLS certification (required)
Must be able to float within Region 1 hospitals (required)
Personal address over 50 miles from home unit (required)
Reference in the last 12 months (required)
Passport or driver’s license and insurance (if applicable)
Responsibilities
Manage ICU patients: sedation, ventilator, infusion, TTE, hemodynamic monitoring
Critical care skillset: insulin, vasopressors, sedation, management of invasive lines (ART/CVP), cardiac rhythm interpretation, chest tubes, ventilator management, blood products, wound care, phlebotomy
Support within department: assist with turning, feeding, ADLs, phlebotomy, IV/VAT, EMT rounding
Float to any of the facilities within Region 1 as needed (regional float)
Work 75% of holidays (holiday attendance)
All other duties as assigned by charge nurse, hospitalist, intensivist, or other clinical staff
