Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour*

What you'll be doing as an Assembly Technician:

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed assembly instructions to determine assembly sequence and required components

Assemble mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components for dental chairs and cabinets using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and fixtures

Position, align, and fasten parts and subassemblies accurately to specifications

Conduct quality control checks and functional tests on finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards

Identify and report any problems with quality, processes, materials, or equipment to the supervisor or engineering department

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures

Assist with inventory management by tracking component usage and reporting material shortages

Collaborate with team members and engineers to troubleshoot assembly issues and support continuous improvement efforts

Available shifts: Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment, preferably with medical devices, cabinetry, or complex mechanical systems

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools (drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.)

Ability to read and accurately interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Experience using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers) is a plus

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail and high manual dexterity

Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team‑player attitude

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation

Background check and drug screening required
